samuel wacht associates, architects, planners has been a member of the American Institute of Architects for more than 50 years with current registrations in CA, NV, AZ, CO. The founding member, samuel wacht graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.Arch degree, in 1955 and obtained registration in California in 1957.

During this period, swa has designed more than 60,000 units of multi family housing including 6,000 units of Congregate, Assisted living and Skilled Nursing. Other projects designed by swa include Hotels, Casinos and the Laughlin Bay Marina.

and Clubhouse fronting on the lighted Boardwalk, Laughlin Nevada
